Who is the artist that drew the hands drawing each other?

I"m trying to give examples of surreal art and I can think of all the paintings and such that he did but for the life of me I can't remember the guys name... please help!

I'm trying to explain to somebody who is really illiterate when it comes to art so if you can give me the exact name of the artist or an exact name of the drawing that I'm thinking of it would be great!
