Jesus said the parable about the sheep and wolves. one day they will be divided. till then we, as Christians, do the best for God where we are at.

It's a technicality, but Jesus (as a Jew) was disgusted with the Jewish synagogues, not the churches. Christian churches did not come into existence until after his ascension.
I think there are good and bad things about organized religion. I will only speak to Protestant Christianity because that is what I am. I go to a large church where people attend in suits and some in jeans and a t-shirt. It's more important to God that you are in a seat than how much you spent on your outfit.
My church publishes it's community service information (how much it gives to different organizations, food drives, etc...) and because we are a large congregation, we are able to do a lot in our city. We're not perfect, but no one has been for 2000 years.
Of course, televangelists are a whole other topic that make every Christian look bad.

Actually, I am. I'm sure all churches aren't bad but the ones I've been to focus more on designer clothing and getting your money. That is the type of church Jesus was disgusted over. Any church that holds other things in higher priority isn't a real church. Real church is about God. Not gossiping and a tacky fashion show.

I think people are disgusted with the whole concept of the religious denominations, we are all supposed to be worshiping the same God, there are so many different one that who can keep up, and no wonder there's so much confusion no one knows who or what to believe....I think that the disgust that Jesus has..

The church has become evil in itself. There really is no true christian church anymore because of how its been corrupted by greed.
