i am very fit i have a six pack am 135 pounds. sum ppl say im still scrawny but thats not the point. my body fat is at 6.4%. that is not much and i am proud of my hard hours at the gym. my body looks nice but i dont adore my face. first off i am one of those guys who have feminine facial features. my cheeks are puffy so my cheeks bones dont show and my jaw lines go missing. i have very small mouth but puffy lips(feminine), also a small chin. i noticed if my cheeks were a bit thinner then my cheek bones would show and my jawlines would appear. so how do i lose aft on my cheeks or face? really its sad enuff ppl pick on me for being feminine lookin. my teacher said i have efminine facial bone structure i almost cried and ndidnt go to sleep fora week, and then in school i am reffered to as teh soft bi.t.ch. SOS any1. please. i cant change my bone structure but what about the fat?

At 6.4.% body fat, you don't have any fat to lose. You don't mention how old you are, but as you age your features will change and harden a bit. Some people just don't have prominent bone structure. Perhaps you should focus on being healthy and learning to be a little more confident. People won't pick on someone who isn't bothered by it. You are who you are. Don't let other insecure people make you feel bad about yourself. They pick on you to make them feel better about themselves. They aren't perfect either. Ignore them. I know that's easier to say than do but school won't last forever. Good luck to you and take care of yourself.

hey dont worry man, itz damn easy. I hope you have a cycle right, (ya ya thats it) riding a cycle it easy but riding it with brakes applied is not that easy. another way is by takin some push-ups, and remember , when u take push-ups remember to exhale when you go up and inhale when you bend down. It will be a bit tough in the beginning, but will become easy. then i suggest u to run, talk a lot and please dont sit in front of T.V. for a long time since you have this problem. Dont diet, itz a dumb idea. (you are not finished when you are defeated, but you are when you quit- Micheal Jordan) I hope you will be succesfull. And dont mind what anybody says ,please)
