i want to dye my hair black with red streaks... does this sound like a good idea or not?

I am the type of person who likes to stand out so i wouldn't agree with the black and red because its becoming too common. Depending on your skin complextion i would stick with the black but do another color

dye it black,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but put the red streaks under your hairline,hun,,,,,,,,,,,,promise me?
and make sure the red is not a permanent dye.

It depends....if your hair is blonde, no. Please elaborate more on the question.
