How I wish, I could help you by giving the exact answer but the thing is that, me myself am not having much confidence to enter into relationship in fear to face the same things that had happen in the past. I've been hurt as well. When we are being loyal, honest and sincere, others tend to take advantage of our kindness. Somehow, people like us lack of confidence and doesnt want the old thing to happen again, right? No matter what happen, you must pull yourself through.and learn to trust yourself that you won't be hurt anymore. Be strong and believe that you can have your own happiness 1 day.

Take it in stride, don't get your hopes up. I have been with my girlfriend for 3 and a half years now, and if she left me right now, I'd be over her by tomorrow. It's not that I don't love her, just what's the point of dwelling, it only hurts worse, just move on, don't feel sad, it happens, the best thing is to move on. You are taking it too seriously, if she doesn't have a ring on her finger, don't worry about it. You probably won't be spending the rest of your life with her anyways. Some people don't meet the "right one" until they are forty, so don't think you'll be single forever if you don't shack up with someone tomorrow, it's no big deal.

My relationship used ta be the same way, i just found out every boyfriend that i have had has cheated on me. But the one i'm with now it's real hard to trust him just becuase of my past, but this is how you start a relationship, you know how a lot of people say don't trust nobody, well dat's wat u gotta do. Make her or him build up trust N if it starts to go well then maybe you will feel better about trusting somebody.

Oh my gosh, you are just like my current boyfriend.... He is terribly afraid of ruining our relationship (which I don't think is much of one, really).
The fact of the matter is, you have to get over it. I know it sounds really cruel of me to say this, but it's true. How will you ever find the great girl for yourself, if you're too afraid to even go out with her?
You know, the really great things in life, ALWAYS involve a risk.
Good luck.

i don't think that there is a way to totally get rid of all these fears that u have..
all you can do for now is to take things slow.. try starting out as friends first so that u will know more about the girl.. hopefully you might be able to guard your heart better..
gd luck!!

Just relax and wait until you naturally hook up with the right girl. It will happen and when it does don prejudge her from your past relaionships and bon't be overly paranoid that she is going to cheat.
