Comparing a V-6 engine to a Hemi is like comparing how good a hamburger is compared to a steak. A hamburger tastes good, but a steak is sooo much better! :)

A Hemi is ment for pure power. A v6 will do you fine on daily driving. If you want gas mileage get the v6. If you are having a midlife crisis and want something that will make your car go like a bat outa hell get the Hemi.
I suggest you get the Hemi.

The term "hemi" refers only to the cylinder head design of the engine, not the number of cylinders. So, a V6 could be a "Hemi" if the cylinder head design was "hemispherical".

What is it in? If your talking full size car/truck the hemi is a better engine. As long as you are gentle on teh gas pedle gas mileage won't suffer much.

for what? both are good enough to power a car...and the quality is about the same probably...i'd imagine the Hemi is slightly better just because American automakers have the best v8's.
