My Father God told me to ask and i will recieve, I've had trouble with the police, from my own doing. The police are doing their job protecting the public, yes they mess up like everybody but most want to do the right thing. I don't live in a sewer. Do you? You can get help to get out. Because God puts people out there that want to help others. You may need some mental health treatment. You are in pain and are paranoid. Stop running and turn yourself in. Plus most police dont' have as much as I do and I don't have much.

Very bad attitude, if you have done wrong, then God is not going to help you. His way is that we obey the law of the land because He tells us to. If you live in disobedience, then the police at your door are there simply because, in effect, you asked them to come. You erred, or broke some law, so in that you have begged them to come to you, to bother you. If you live a life that is in harmony with the laws of the land, and make every good effort to live in harmony and peace with all people, then the police will not be there to bother you, because they will have no cause.
God is good, and He does answer the prayer of those who revere Him, and Love Him. Those who worship Him in spirit and in truth He loves and answers their prayers. You see, it does seem that you have it backwards. You must do what is right first, do that which John 3 :16 says to do, and then you will have the attention, positive attention, that you desire from God. God does answer prayer. I have many events in my life that could only be from God having answered prayer. I also have a grand niece who was given 7 years to live. Many people prayed for her, as I did and have. She is now 20 years old. Do that which is right before God, then seek Him for what you have need of.

In order to ask God something, you must show repentance. The police are there because they are allowed by God. Give unto Ceaser etc. His guidelines on how a christian should behave though, should shelter you from the police, am I not right?

If there is no good energy or evil malevolent force than its your own damn fault for being in the sewer, stop blaming the cops for taking advantage of their position blame yourself for not taking advantage of your own position.
Suggestions:
Perhaps invest in some anti-depressants and good reading material.
