I need to loose some inches I don't really care how many pounds I weigh but i really need to loose inches from my mid section (lower abs and lovehandles) I need some diet and exercise tips to help me loose inches fast

Aerobic exercise, a.k.a. Cardio. Also incorporate weight training into your routine. Incorporate lots of exercises that target your core.

You can easily lose inches by doing the following yogic exercises everyday and you will see the remarkable change in you..
1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc,etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )

Do all these exercises every day in the morning before breakfast and after nature calls because both your stomach & intestines should be empty while you do this . Do it regularly for 1 month with confidence and see the magic

you should try PIlates as it works your core (abs, especially lower, and butt). sign up for some classes, as they sculpt the body.

also, every night before you go to bed, do four minutes of situps. this is easy because you think to yourself, four minutes is nothing, i can do anything for four minutes. do it every night, no matter how late you were out, because four minutes later to bed is nothing either (try in the dark on your bedroom floor in your pjs, and then hop right into bed.)

i also just read an article that said that hula hooping with two pound rings will sculpt your figureline. it is newly popular in Hollywood.

lastly, try to cut your salt intake down so that you are not holding water, which would make you look fat.

you're thinking the right way: it's not about the pounds. what you see is what you get!

It is almost impossible to lose inches only in the midsection. U have to lose weight overall. I would suggest doing cardio.Exercise DVDs work well for exercising in ur home.

don' eat sweets at all!
don't chew gum(it increases you appetite),
don't eat after 6-7pm before you go to bed,
jog untill you sweat and then continue for 20 min every day,
use dry sauna once a week
