You may need to see an neurosurgeon. It sounds like you may be developing "saddle anesthesia" which can progress to the point you are having bowel and bladder incontinence and a condition called cauda equina syndrome. This is a surgical emergency. See your primary care doctor asap to help determine the need to see the neurosurgeon.

You should see your urologist first and if he recommends you go elsewhere then do that but he or she would be the place to start,
