Be really confident! Coaches love people that are willing to sacrifice for the team. When a coach asks " who wants to try it, or who can demonstrate for us" Be the first to say "I will" and do the best you can do. Be bold, cheer others on, congratulate people who do really good, and get in good with the seniors! Have fun and good luck!!

All you need is patience. Don't rush things. It will be fine. Try your hardest on everything and give one hundred percent. Take tips from the coaches all that you can and maybe even some of the other players. But don't let the others get to your head just worry about your self and not what the others think. And don't be mad. Just have fun and enjoy yourself and what you are doing. Be confident in yourself. You can do it if you put your mind to it. I was nervous the first day of practice to and if the girls would except me and they did. I made JV. and managed Varsity. We even made it to state. You will be fine. GOOD LUCK! AND DON'T FORGET TO HAVE FUN.

ok, don't listen to the first guy unless you want to get cut. Well, it depends on how old you are for me to help you. If you're trying out for junior high, you need to show that you really want to be there and that its really important to you. When youre doing all the drills, cheer on the other girls to show that youre a good team player. The best advice i can tell you is to always be talking. Coaches love a girl that is always calling the ball, calling the serve, calling the hitter, a free ball, stuff like that. Good luck!

ok. if things start to go bad..pretend u pulled a hamstring and fall the the ground screaming and kicking and yelling, "im dying,,im dying"
then later go back to the coach and ask for another try out.
works every time
