whats a free downoadable photo program that can let me change the brightness etc.. to my pictures and where i can change the color (to black and white etc) and rotate it you know the basic stuff and isnt like a free trial thing! thanks so much!

Ok, everyone has given some good answers, but I'd recommend two others.
Picasa is great for what people do simply to their photos. picasa.google.com
Another one is artweaver, which is a photoshop clone. artweaver.de.
I recommend picasa for the inexperienced. It's easy, gives you slliders and thigns.
You coudl also get xnview. XnView.com is pretty fun to use. Kind of like irfanview, but a little easier I think.

IF I WERE U I WOULD TRY PHOTO BUCKET BUT U CANT DOWNLOAD IT U CAN UPLOAD UR PHOTOS THERE AND THEN EDIT THEM
