what does everyone hear think is the most effective weapon ever made as in least amount of work for most result i personally think the nuke because one of wich can wipe out an entire city

Chemical/Biological Warfare is probably the cheapest and most deadly war device ever made. It took lots of People, time and money to make the first Nuke and therefore was very expensive, same with the Neutron. Chemical/Biological Warfare has probably killed more people in wars worldwide.

Sorry, but nuclear weapons can not only wipe out an entire city, but their radioactive half life will remain and remain for generations to come.
There are other, now, more tactical, rather than strategic, ways to get our point across. Say, the Neutron Bomb - which is tactical and can be employed target-wide and not pollute a global area for generations to come.

Fuel/Air explosives pack the same punch as a tactical nuclear weapon without the long range effects of radiation. Drop it, ignite it, take the ground. Just don't look at all the dead guys that have been blown inside out.
