For example, since 1999 in Nigeria, more than 10,000 christians have been murdered because of their faith in Jesus Christ. Also, nearly 1,000 houses and churches belonging to Christians have been burned for the same reason. Nigeria has a large Muslim population which does not celebrate diversity in religious matters.

properly, i assume that with each and each and every of the tries at secularism of a u . s . in accordance to Christianity we come upon in those latter days there is quite dissimilar earnings to what you're saying. besides the undeniable fact that, persecution through definition calls for no less than 2 for it to take position. I in many situations opt for out up the front through refusing to be the sufferer. it is my humble opinion that the e book of Revelations addresses the reality that the depraved look to learn at the same time as the righteous are left to conflict through. on the white throne judgment the righteous receive their due as will the depraved -- and those who're spared the lake of fireplace will see those who're solid into it receive their using boot. it is actual that the homicide of Christians for his or her faith is on the upward push and there would come an afternoon when I too ought to lay down my existence for my faith. besides the undeniable fact that, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord and that i'm keen to take that stand if it is going to grow to be required of me. the base line is you're verifying many stuff which seem in the scriptures. The prophecy maintains to spread. The crux of the problem is that many are at the moment and could stay deceived through the sixth trump till the seventh. on the instantaneous all will grow to be known.

Zoom Zoom, you always harp on about atheists killing 100 million people. These people were killed in the name of communism, not atheism. That's a big difference between killing someone in the name of religion. If commies were Christians, would it have stopped them from killing people? History says no.

And in response to the question, I'm an atheist, but of course I care what happens to them. I also hate to see Muslims, Jews or anyone get murdered. No one life is more precious than another just due to religious beliefs.

this genocide crap happens everywhere. Im mexican, greek and arab. I dont like all dat crap happening either but what about when the jew kicked the Palestinians out of their homes and took their land and all the innocent people who had to be killed for that to happen and those who are still being killed. you shouldnt blame a persons religion for these things, its the people that choose to be prejudice and do this. because if u study them, both Islam and Christiany are peaceful religions, if anythin all those extremists are NOT following their religion because neither condones violence and suicide (i dont care how many siucide bomber stories you hear, those extremists are crazy, thier religion doesnt condone it) and what about my Aztec ancestors, the spanish came over and converted them, its was convert to Christianity or die and thats how it is on many places because people cant accpet that people are of a different religion or whatever reason. people are persecuted all over the world for many reasons. veryone here is right, get over it!!!!

Like many answerers told you, Christians killed a lot of people throughout history. And the problem with Christians is that they are lost, because they don't follow the Bible. Also they talk from a human rights prespective when they are weak, and they kill when they are strong.

I agree, religious beliefs can do horrible, horrible wrongs to the world.

Which is certainly not to imply that Christianity is any better than any other religious doctrine. On the contrary, I consider fundamentalist Christianity to be the single biggest threat to civilization and the human race.

Do you care for the non-Christians whom Christians saw fit to torture and kill? Were their lives and souls worth less than those of Christians?

It is wrong to persecute ANYONE for their religious beliefs.
