I need a good, authentic German recipe to serve to my class.
It should be pretty easy to make, and something that people will like (a class full of picky high schoolers)

I don't need a recipe, just an idea for a type of food to look up and try. Thanks!

Sweet and sour red cabbage. It SOUNDS like it won't be good, but it's really delicious.

Cabbage rolls - different from ukranian as the german ones have meat and Ukranian ones are all rice!
I'm not sure of the true german name, but you stretch bread dough out and fry it in oil and dust it with icing sugar. Yummy!
Kuchen is a nice dessert that will likely please picky kids! Good luck!
