have been getting these really really bad headaches that get so bad that i feel like i need to hold my head really tight or my head is going to exsplode (lol i know thats a really weird way of putting it but thats how they feel) and once and a while i get this really weird feeling in the back of my head like rite behind my ears on my scalp, and its like a tingeling numbness, and it usually goes away with in about 30 secounds and i only get it once and a while, and latley i have been getting the headaches almost 2 or 3 times a week, and i take extra strength tylenol, and it dosent seem to work...also latley i have been feeling extremley tired all the time. Does anyone know what this could all mean?? i was thinking maybe migranies, or tension head aches, but i dont know if its something more serious i should go to the doctor for imediatly

This is going to sound really, really weird to you, but it sounds like an over-active stomach acid related problem, like GERD or gastritis.
I had the exact same symptoms for years. I saw all kinds of doctors and my symptoms were so vague no one could figure it out. Do you also feel nauseous, like you might pass out or puke and just don't have the energy to do anything? I had the tingling in the back of the head and the killer headaches that didn't respond to anything.
My symptoms eventually got worse and I just threw up everything I ate. I literally fell upon a doctor at this walk-in clinic and he said that overactive stomach acid conditions clinically present as constellations of symptoms I experienced and was experiencing.
Anyway, apparently, the stomach, is connected to the brain in a way that no other organ is, which explains the tingling, headaches, and fatigue.
I never had heart-burn or any stomach issues before it got worse, but this doctor, and only this doctor knew that the symptoms I was experiencing were rare, but connected to overacid production.
You can try any proton pump inhibitor. I had to try lots before one worked for me. Also had to adjust my dose a couple times.
Hope I've helped and I'm not being too narcissitic by comparing your symptoms to my own. See a doc though. Not a lot of docs know have been privy to these rare symptoms and their connectedness with stomach disorders, so perhaps you can make the connection for them or just ask to try a proton pump inhibitor, like Nexium.
I mean, there are other alternatives for your symptoms. You could very well be having migranes (which sometimes are not responsive to over-the-counter meds) or stress-induced tension headaches; it could be an allergic reaction to a noxious toxin. So many possibilities.
But, in the event that your symptoms are what I have, geeez, I had to ramble on, I guess, as an effort to prevent you from going through all the docs and wasting all your time, like I did.
Good luck!!

Do you have any symptoms other than your headaches? Such as aura or dizziness, etc? If you do, check up on migraines with aura.
Are you having chronic headaches due to stress?
Identifying triggers may help prevent the onset of headaches.
Too much tylenol can also lead to rebound headaches. You should really consider reducing your reliance on drug medications.

It sounds like stress. Since it is a recent occurrence, I would suggest going to the Dr., you may have some illness that has manifested itself and this happens to be one of the symptoms.
It could be severe migraines, hypertension (high-blood) pressure, diabetes (you will fall out next if this is the case).
PLEASSSSEEEEE GO TO THE DR!!!!! The worst case scenario is that you may be on the verge of having an aneurysm. This tends to be common in AF. AM. women. I have known three very young, healthy women to suddenly fall dead from this, literally!!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

It does sound like migraines, but you really need to have it checked, potential for stroke. When you have these headaches does light bother you? Do you feel like you might vomit? If the answer to these two questions is yes, then I would say, migraines. Please see a doctor.
