Met this bartender a month ago. When I first saw her we kinda made eye contact a couple times before I even realized she was the bartender. We chatted it up a little. I playfully tell her I'd be back. Go back the next week. She immediately comes over to greet me and jokes that she knew I'd be back. We flirt a little more throughout the night. She starts giving me free drinks. Come back the next week. Remembers my name, which I had told her once two weeks ago. She remembered my drink and continued to hook me up with free drinks throughout the night. I was there with a female friend who said that the bartender was checking me out when I'd walk to the bathroom. My friend wanted to leave, but the bartender raced to get me another drink as if to try and keep me there. I stay by myself long enough to ask for her number. She said she had a boyfriend then added she lives with him. I keep going back cause she keeps hooking up free drinks. She always comes over to talk/flirt.

She's a very good bartender. I'm sure she makes a lot of money for the bar, and a lot of money for herself in tips. I hope her boss and her manager appreciate her, since she excells at developing a following.
Basically, it's her job to remember your name, and your drink, and to make you feel welcome and special. It's also part of her job to flirt with male customers and generate the illusion of avialability - to make you think that you would really have a shot at dating her. She obviously came to her trade with an open, friendly and flirtatious personality, she's probably also a very sweet natured and decent person and that's why she's such a great bartender.
With that said, you have no chance in hell of dating her.
She has a boyfriend who she lives with, and she has already told you that.
I'm sure her friendliness to you is genuine - but it is also part of her job to be nice to you.
Basically, you have two choices.
You can start pestering her to go out with you. That will make her feel uncomfortable around you, especially since she can't avoid you because you are a customer and she still has to be friendly and flirtatious to you no matter what she really feels.
This will make her sad and miserable - and you don't want that, do you?
Or, you can enjoy the friendly bar banter, enjoy the fact that she remembers your name and your drink, and always gives you good service and is happy to see you. You can tip her well, enjoy the free drinks and enjoy your time at the bar. Maybe, over time, a genuine friendship might blossom with her (once she knows that you know that she can't be your girlfriend because she's another man's girlfriend already!)
I'm sure she will continue to enjoy having you as a customer and you'll enjoy having her as your bartender if you approach it like that.

They can fire you or deny you a position if you fail to disclose your problem. Just be open, I've learned that with any job that they will either like you or they won't. Try as much as possible to play up your strengths and they might overlook the glasses.

She's hoping you'll tip really big since you're getting free drinks. She's probably not thinking too far ahead of the flirting game since she has a boyfriend. She's probably not happy with her boyfriend though. You should try and actually have a long conversation about it.

She obviously likes u but she has a bf so i would forget about her, or just get ya free drinks and pick up some other girl, c how she reacts. She is bit of a tease, leadin u on like that then sayin she lived with her bf.

sounds like even though she has a bf that she lives with she's looking for something more on the side and your the side she's looking for.
