Do you live on Long Island in NY- need party ideas....?

I need some inexpensive party ideas for my daughter who is turning 5.

HA! Nothing in NY is inexpensive. Depends when the birthday is. If the weather will be nice you can have an outdoors affair at a local park. Or just take her to Roosevelt Field Mall, get her friends together, get a cake for them all, and get some Chuck E. Cheese's pizzas and have a party in the mall food court, complete with ballons and party hats.
