I have these little bumps on my forehead. They aren't red, they are the same color as the rest of my face, but I'm really self-concious of them. I've tried SO many thing to get them to go away, but nothing has worked. I've tried proactive, a scrub twice a week and so on, but like I said, nothing has woked. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, what'd you do to get rid of them? Even if you haven't had this problem, but you think you might have a solution, PLEASE post it! Thanks!

Any ideas on what they are?

They aren't heat rash or moles.

i would suggest going to a medical spa or dermatologist. They are most likely either clogged pores or epithelial cysts. Microdermabrasion would likely improve their appearance and changing your skin care to a better line, including mineral makeup that doesn't clog your pores. A good facial at a select spa would likely help, too. The other treatment that is likely to help, depending on what they are, is botox. Bacteria doesn't grow well on skin areas treated with botox and botox is known to reduce the appearance of and prevent the development of wrinkles.

It maybe dead skin... If it is you may want to consider to have a licensed professional to perform dermabrasion on your face. It's a little on the expensive side but the results are purely amazing. You'll have radiant, bump no more flawless skin. Your skin will feel so silky and it'll look it too for at least 2 months.

Check you diet as well and drink lots of water to hydrate your skin better.

** BUT check with your doctor first and see what she suggests before starting any skin care regimen and procedures**

no no no! ok everyone is saying to scrub ur face n stuff and thats not it! i have the exact same thing. i got these weird like hard bumps on my forehead and i used an acne medicine thing on it like every day but it didnt help. It turns out it was super dry skin.

i put vitamin E oil on it every night and they went away in a couple of weeks. u can buy vitamin e oil at a GNC or vitamin store

whatever u do, dont keep on drying it out w scrubs and acne medicine, that just makes it worse

believe me i kno from experience it happened like last month

Maybe it's to do with your diet. This is going to sound a little bit weird, but when you eat/drink a lot of crap, your liver doesn't cope very well. Sometimes, when your liver isn't healthy, you can get bumps on your skin, anywhere. So how's your diet? Are you drinking enough water?
It that isn't the cause, then maybe seeing a dermatologist or skin specialist is a good idea.

Cheyenne,

I get the same bumps. Do you workout a lot? Sweat causes mine, especially when I wear a doorag, baseball hat or hard hat (for work).

As soon as you finish sweating, rinse or wipe your face down. Wash it as soon as you get home.

I started wearing a sweatband on my wrist when I run. That was what worked for me.

My cousin had that problem and the dermatologist said that it was dead skin that had formed into tiny bumps. She recommended an exfoliater to smoothe out her skin.

simple answer, they are you. you either deal with them or keep scrubbing and make them worse. just wash normally, they will go away with time. and if not then they are a new part of your face, get to like them.

I think they're moles, they just aren't dark. I have one smack dab in the middle of my forehead, too. You'd have to go to a doctor.
