Drink plenty of water, and take vitimin E pills. Avoid using hand sanitizer too often as it will dry your hands out worse. Maybe try coating them with vaseline. Scented lotions don't seem to moisturize as well as unscented lotions. Don't wash them in water that's too hot either, hot water will cause your skin /hair to loose moisture.

Or contact a dermatologist for some heavy duty creams...

Sounds like perhaps more complicated than just dry hands. There are differnt skin problems due to eczema or other skin conditions. Maybe not, but a dermatologist would be knowledgeable about this. You might try Keri lotion for dry skin. Lotions that have alcohol products or glycerine may make your hands feel softer at first but soak up what little moisture there is and gloves also any fabric can rob skin of moisture. Skin products for sensitve skin with extra moisturizers should help if not i would think there is an underlying problem that requires professional help. You might try putting a light layer of natural oil-based gel on hands before going outdoors This would help stop gloves from absorbing moisture also. Ronniea

Vaseline at bedtime with gloves on. Cheap and effective. In the morning and throughout the day use a dry skin Body Butter from The Body Shop.

Avoid Petroleum Products Petroleum products, such as petroleum jelly, baby oil, mineral oil and preservatives that are commonly found in store-bought lotions, creams and skin care products are foreign to our skin cells and clogging to our pores. They also attract dirt and bacteria and can become vehicles for these unwelcome substances. When our skin has to deal with this abuse everyday it ultimately weakens and breaks down the strength and durability of our skin and can cause an allergic reaction. This is very evident with the rise in skin allergies, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, DRY SKIN and skin cancer.

You should only use products that are truly "all natural" (read the ingredients) and organic, if at all possible. The only oil you should put on your skin, especially, because it is so sensitive, is organic, unrefined, coconut oil. And soaps dry out your skin even more, so you should wash w/ products that do not contain "soap" or any fragrance, that are non-comodogenic. Do a little research, but trust me ... I've done the research myself & have very sensitive skin, and for health reasons, most importantly, I only use natural, organic products on my skin, body, hair, and for consumption. I don't even use regular toothpaste, mouthwash or deoderant, if it's not organic, and truly organic. Check out this website for starters: http://www.inspiredliving.com/organic/or...

Try some Udder Cream. It sounds yucky but it is good for dry, chapped, cracked skin. You can pick it up in WalMart or a good farm/ranch store.
