sometimes I'll view them and look at the Warnings and Errors and have no clue what they mean, or even if I noticed when they occurred. Should I be concerned about particular errors or warnings? Thanks for your opinion.

If something happens you need be concerned about, the computer will pop up a warning. The event viewer is for administrators to diagnose problems. Every computer suffers errors all the time, if a pop up happened for every one, we would spend all our time clicking okay and nothing else.

That you read the event viewer is amazing! Most people don't even know where it is and even more don't even know it exists! Keep poking in there every so often and if something really bad comes up you will know because it will be different than what you are used to seeing.

If you have problems with the computer, then I would be concerned about warnings and errors. If you're concerned about a warning or error message, the internet might have more information on the error or warning, and whether or not it's something that you need to actually be worried about.

If your computer is functioning normally, I wouldn't worry too much. If something is wrong, though, event viewer can be an invaluable tool for resolving the issue.
