While the fact that you're from Saudi Arabia does give you a higher chance of being Arab, as that is the majority race in that country, there is, in fact, no way to really tell by the description you gave us. To list ones self as brown could make you Hispanic, Pacific Islander, Jewish, Arab, White w/ a tan or any number of other races. Arab's are not the only race living in Saudi Arabia, after all. And just because you're from Saudi Arabia does not make you a citizen of that country. You could be the child of a foreign worker or ambassador, so list yourself from Saudi, but could actually have a totally different ethnicity.
