If you're under the age of sixteen (when bones are thought to stop growing), you could look into growth hormones.

No, there is not, nor will any sort of herbal concoctions. For children who have a deficit in their pituitary gland's production of growth hormone, injections of commercially-prepared growth hormone can help ensure they grow a bit more naturally. However, these must be administered under the direct supervision of a physician because they also have the potential to cause serious, permanent disability. And once a child reaches physical maturity at around 15 - 17 years of age, nothing at all will make them grow taller.

There have been attempts to add two to four inches in height to by surgically grafting lengths of bone into a person's own leg bones, but that has proven so very unsatisfactory that it is no longer done anywhere in the world. For one thing, human bone is very poorly supplied with blood, and grafted bone, unless it comes from elsewhere in the person's own body, stands a very high risk of rejection by the body. The risk of infection is quite high as well.
I would gently suggest that you not fear being short. Some of the most influential and powerful men and women in history were quite short. They include kings and emperors, queens and empresses, scientists, teachers, physicians, presidents and senators and congressmen and generals and admirals and astronauts... In other words, one's physical stature has little to no bearing on how well a person lives. If you turned out to be a mere four foot ten, there'll be a lovely person of just about any height who'll make a perfect mate, so it need not even affect your love life. Remember - dynamite comes in small packages!

What you can do is make certain your diet is excellent. You have be programed for a certain height thru genetics. Poor diet and health will keep you from achieving that height.

Physicians may use pituitary excretions to aid growth for certain types of dwarfism. If you believe you are not growing the way you should, talk to your doctor. However, if you are trying to exceed your genetic height, forget it. There is precious little pituitary hormones for those who truly needed it, not for those wishing to be taller.

Most of us want to be taller. The trick is to exceed in other areas such as your social skills, compassion for others, good humor, etc to where people love you for who you are, not for how tall you are.

I don't know about medicine...All I can think of is to take calcium from either milk or soy milk, take protein, eat bananas and take a surgery to make yourself taller by adding metal in your legs. The surgery will be hell lot of trouble, costly and painful though!

Good luck!

I'm not sure about any medicines, but I know dwarfs and little people have surgeries to help them grow a little taller.

Ahh, I don't know the name of them...but there are shots you can take. My friend's sister who was shorter than 5'2" took them when she was in college and she grew about 4 inches I think. However, these shots were expensive (not TOO expensive, I don't think..)
