my friend told me that if they will reject to give me a vise then i can't apply for it again? is this true? or i should wait for a while before doing so again

it depends on what grounds they rejected you and what the visa was actually for! seek advice from your own embassy as they can tell you what best course of action to take, if it was a trivial matter then you can probably reapply but speak to your own advisories first!

it fdepends on which country and what sort of visa you applied for. you would be better off speaking to somebody at the embassy.you could always apply again but it might be rejected again, because it depends again on what grounds the previous visa was rejected

pinky is right - it depends. Of course you can apply again, but you might not get anywhere!
