Go to the pharmacy and get some "Tucks" pads. They ease the irritation around the rectal area. They are used in hospitals for the same reason. You can also take over-the-counter pain relievers to ease some of the discomfort.

Drink a lot of water. You probably do not have diarrhoea, and it maybe dysentry, for which you will have to go to visit a doctor and get a proper medication. Be very careful of dehydration. Water with a pinch of salt and a spoonful of sugar as often as you can comfortably have, will help.

very gently cleanse and then apply some vasoline to keep the friction away so you don't hurt

you can also stick an ice cube right up against your bottom as the cold constricts swollen veins and numbs pain

use a lotion or personal lube when you wipe. been there done that. or if you just want to get it over with wipe with isopropyl alcohol. it burns so good. but it helps heal faster.

diaper cream. it's used for babies for the same thing so it is definately safe for adults as well.
