Injection molding under high air pressure. Why not contact Your local (or nearest) Coca-Cola Bottlers and ask for information. If I know anything about the people at "Coke" They are always ready to talk about Their product.

Thee lass bottles are ade in a mold. The plastic ones are made with an extrusion into a mold.
