Hopefully you got her insurance information, and yes, get that documented and get yourself a lawyer. Regardless of her sexual orientation, she caused the accident and did you harm...there needs to be some consequences for her because of that. Hopefully you won't have to see her in person again.

Yeah, say something. I don't follow why it's important who hit you or if she likes P---u--s--s-y or not...but for sure see a doctor, keep good records and you may want to call a lawyer. If you are injured, you might need one to get the insurance company to pay your medical bills.

definately say something. you may need to go to physio or chiro for a while to help your back, and believe me, that is not cheap.
