Aveda!! (Local store near you.. some beauty salons that deal with all natural products will carry the product, or you can goto Aveda.com - "Be Curly" is actually advertised on the front page.)

If you use alot of other's moose, and alot of hairspray, you will get that cruchy effect/feel. I have curly hair, and until I discovered Aveda "Be Curly", I was completely unhappy. Their products contain all natural ingredients, plants and flowers, and it all smells wonderful! Their products are excellent. A little goes a long way, and when I do my hair at 7:00am, it's still manageable at 7:00pm. It's all lightweight, so it doesn't cake in or give me that "too much product feel", my curls are loose, shiny, and stay in tact all day long. =)

G'luck!

What you should do is buy the plastic, snap on , magnetic rollers with the smooth barrel and a bottle of setting lotion.

Apply setting lotion to wet/damp hair then apply the rollers let your hair dry naturally. Your curls will last all day, and they will be bouncy, shiny, firm. Never use gels or hair spray. Those products will make your hair, dry, dull, hard and then break off.

Hot rollers or Hot sticks. Then lots of hairspray. Conair Hot sticks works the best.
