It means he's human, but he has enough guts to say what he really feels. He wants other girls to look at him and like him. Most of the time it's not about wanting to have sex with anyone else. It just feels good to be appreciated. You girls ought to know. You get looks everywhere you go. It is possible he feels like you don't compliment him enough or appreciate his look. You might want to try telling him he looks hot once in awhile.

Maybe that he wishes he was more attractive? Everyone likes to be admired by the oppostire sex, even if they're in a relationship. Maybe you should ask him to clarify what he meant though.
