Left Behind is a series of novels by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins, dealing with Christian dispensationalist End Times: pretribulation, premillennial, Christian eschatology.

When we started Left Behind Games 5 years ago, we had a dream. It was a noble dream, to build the most successful “inspirational and family” video game publishing company in the world. Everyone knows that the entertainment industry, especially video game publishers, create dark content…and the idea to create games with positive morals and values is an aspiration almost everyone can get behind.

In just 2 months, we have received word that our first product, LEFT BEHIND: Eternal Forces, the PC Game, is changing lives. Not only have individuals cheered us on with remarkable care and support, but now churches are joining in. Mega-ministries such as Focus on the Family, Promise Keepers, Women of Faith, Concerned Women for America and numerous others are all endorsing our efforts and our products.

The Bible foretells certain terrible cataclysmic judgments of God that are coming upon the earth. Before these events occur, the Bible speaks of something commonly referred to as the Rapture of the Church. This is an event which will take place wherein all true believers in Jesus Christ will be physically transformed "in the twinkling of an eye", and will receive glorified bodies like the resurrected body of the Lord Jesus Christ. Immediately preceding this event Jesus will resurrect all the departed faithful saints and reunite their spirits, which are presently with the Lord in heaven, with their resurrected and glorified bodies, and "so shall we ever be with the Lord."
(see 1 Corinthians 15:50-58 and I Thessalonians 4:13-5:5)
Thus will be removed from the earth all true believers while the wrath of God is poured out upon all the unrepentant sinners and on the government of the Antichrist, a future world leader. Those 'left behind" will experience God's final judgments against the present world order before Jesus Christ returns with His saints to set up a 1000 year reign of peace and prosperity in a renewed planet earth.

It is the opposite of right forward.

No,seriously, All of that "left behind" stuff is nothing but a money racket that got started by TBN where they are making money off of selling the gospel using materials and theories that really doesn't have a thing to do about the Lord or the Word of God.

If you really want to know about the Lord then its best to just read the Bible and ask the Lord to come into your life and forgive you of your sins and just keep on live for Jesus the best that you can do and leave all of that TBN crap alone.

Supposedly when the "rapture"happens and Jesus comes back, all the "saved" Christians will be immediately taken to "heaven". This is a scare tactic used by the religious right to further their absurd agenda. There is a game where the christians actually hunt down the evil ones and kill them, or some such nonsense.

It is total fictionalized crap just like 90% of the bible.

We are living the days of Revelations from the Bible. The end days are upon us. To not have Jesus in your life when that moment comes that he comes back.....you will be left behind. As the rest of us believers will be cast into heaven in the flicker of an eye.

Those that are left behind will then deal with torment, war, fire and death of 1/3rd the planet and many other catastrophes. Bible spells it all out to what those days are like, days unlike the earth has ever seen before in all its days. As the seas will boil and the earth will shake and all the water will become acid so no many can drink from it.

Sure glad I won't see those days

The video game is similar. There's been some controversy over it,because it apparently commands the killing of non-Christians,which isn't actually true. The only killing is in self-defense,and points are taken away if you kill an inncoent person. It's a strategic game.
