I would give the car to my best friend to drive the old lady to the hospital and I would stay on the bus stop with the girl seeing as she's the girl of my dreams. I'll be happy forever! (^_^)

I wouldn't pick the guy of my dreams because he probably isn't that great anyways, and the old woman has probably lived a pretty full life, so the best friend cause she saved my life too!

If there's only room for one person in my car, I'd just drive off, cause I've reached capacity. I wouldn't let somebody about to have a heart attack drive my car. My best friend would probably drive too fast and wrap it around a light pole. And most women can't drive anyhow.

the friend who gave me a lung- the old woman had her time and the love of your life can be replaced because they will probably screw you over anyway (hmm cynical?) a friend is always there and if this person gave you a lung-have some loyalty! whats that say about me?
