Greenhouse gases are neither good nor bad they are essential but not in the quantities that we are pumping out.
What are we doing to the main controller of these gases---chopping them down faster and faster.
With the Ozone layer being depleted as it is why can't we build some massive Ozone generators and maybe decrease some of this depletion?

Depends on the gas. Earth has always had Green House gases in its atmosphere. Carbon monoxide,Sulphor...all come from volcanoes, forest fires..ect. But humans and our hunger for fuel are dumping these same compounds at a thousand times what the earth can cope with. Making them extremely bad.

they are good and bad. without co2 we would not be able to keep warm at night. we would lose all or most of the heat at night. so greenhouse gases are good in some sense. to the extent we are pouring them into the atmosphere they are very bad. houses on permafrost in the arctic are collapsing, polar bears are dying off. mosquitoes in some areas are an all year epidemic and they can also go to newer elevations due to the warming.

The greenhouses aren't good or bad, as such. We need some--to moderate and help balance the earth's climate. But, like most things, you can get too much of a good thing. That's the problem we're having now--not that there's CO2 in the air--there's always been some--and plants need CO2. But we ave dumped far too much into the air--and that's creating the global warming and climate change problems.

Is blood good or bad? Is DNA good or bad? Is radium good or bad? The answer to you question has no (scientific) truth value. That means it is a matter of opinion. Ask it in a political, social or religious forum, not a scientific one.
There would be no life on Earth without greenhouse gasses, thats bad so they are good. Greenhouse gasses are warming our planet, and will be really bad for lots of people. Take your pick.

green house gases are bad because they cause global warming which is what scientist say will cause the end of the world and all, and global warming heats the earth up and all

CO2 good, that is what plants use.
Water good, we need rain to grow plants.
Methane (cow farts and volcanoes) neutral, it doesn't react and it isn't in large concentrations.
Ozone good, blocks harmful UV rays.
CFC's bad, minimal global warming influence, but they chew up ozone.

They are both good and bad. Bad, because they cause global warming, but also good, because without them we would freeze!
