Goodguy53 whow just answered your question is wrong. The germans did use them. Goerring set up a secret operation I believe was called Operation Wolverine. They would send up ME-262's to distract Allied bombers while FW-190's would sneak up behind and ram themselves into the bombers. It was a last ditch effort.

The German's used FW190's with extra armour around the front of the aircraft so when they hit the bombers they would cause more damage. The pilot was supposed to bail out of their fighters after ramming as well, not go down Kamikazi style.

The German bomber wing KG 200 used suicide piliots for one..

Called Sturm units (or Storm Units in English) all volunteer..

Kamakazi would be the wrong word.. as its japaneese.. means Divine Wind (in Korean its pun shin)

I think germany had plans on using something similar to kamikazes but it was too late. German plans were to have pilots fly in adapted v1 rockets and bail out after they had their target. Note: it would of been rather difficult for the pilot to bail out since where the pulse jet engine was mounted
