If you are 22 and have some life experience, you will do very well in college. Most high school graduates get lost in partying, drinking and drugs. If you are beyond that and interested in learning, college will be easy for you. Go to class, do your assignments and read the readings. You will find it easy, and if you take general classes for the first two years, you will find what grabs you for a major. Think about a double major (like business and engineering) as it will make you more in demand. Go for it.

Yes. it is still a young man. Going to college now is far less expensive than in the future. Trust me. Pay the price now for the next several years and reap the rewards of your investment for the rest of your life. You can never go wrong going to college, the longer you waite, the harder it is to get back in...Life will come at you quick..be prepared. Go to college. I went back to get my college degree right before I turned 22. Best decision I have ever made in my life. NO REGRET's EVER!!!

So theoretically, you'll be 26 or 27 when you graduate. Well, you're going to be 27 eventually anyway, right? May as well be 27 with a degree rather than 27 without one. I intend to go to college when my kids are older. Age doesn't matter. Furthermore, people who went into the military before college are your age or older when they start college. Since when is 22 too old for anything? Go for it, hon.
