I was feeling that way for a couple of weeks. When I sat down and REALLY WANTED to know why I was grouchy, the answer was in front of my face, not literally but the answer was there. Possibly you are going through a change, financially, emotionally, relationship or something? A change can cause us to be moody. If it continues though I would ask my Doctor. When I spoke to my Doctor about being angry all the time for a few weeks and I didn't know why. I was actually there for something else. He was talking to me asking how things were going and as I spoke of the past couple of weeks and the fact that I had a deposition, a court hearing, etc. he said "& you don't know why you're grouchy?" "Give yourself some credit!" LOL!
So I hope you feel better and feel free to e-mail if you need some more thoughts.
GL!

You know there is nothing wrong with a seeing a doctor to see what's wrong. It's a shame to feel grouchy and tired all the time. I had been going through the same thing.... First I was having sleep problems, doc gave me some stuff to help... when it didn't work went to a Sleep Doc. Then they realized that it's normal when a bit stressed (people handle stress and can define stress differently) put me on Librax. Completely helped me... make an appt. and see if he/she can help you move forward from this.
Good Luck.

I find that when I am tired, the best thing to do is excersise. Yes, it may seem strange to excersise when one is tired but it truly works. After 5-10 minutes of riding a bike and feeling tired, your body kicks in and then you no longer feel tired. You will see how great you feel after a good workout. You will sleep more soundly and wake up feeling refreshed and maybe a little sore but that will go away. Also, you will be more mentally sharp and amicable to any problem or situation that you may encounter. It really works! I have been there from time to time, but a good physical workout in any form has aways brought me peace.

getting a good nights rest is a good way to stay cheerful, but you also have to exercise. have fun go out with some of your closes friends, because even though sleep is good too much of it can lead to grouchiness. if these don't work think about things that normally made you happy, and try to do them.

Could be Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). It happens in the winter to some people, when there is less sunlight.
They make light boxes that may help. Here's a link: http://www.day-lights.com/
We have one of their lights, and it has helped.

You do not say if you are a boy or a girl. If you are a girl you could have PMS.
