use face bleach

You have to use a product that is suitable for the face. There is one called Andrea Bleach Cream for the face, and there is also one called Andrea BC for the body. So make sure you use the face one. it comes in a blue box with a lady on the cover, there are 2 tubes inside one is the bleach cream the other the activator you can buy them for the chemist, you mix it together and apply to the area to be bleached, it comes with instructions and it will tell you how much to use. If you have very dark hair I wouldn't recomend it as it might turn out Yellow and not blond, you want it to look natural. if you do have thick hair then go to a salon and have it waxed.

i'd rather not. it can burn skin even if mixed with water.
