"Tell me in French baby". I tried translator but it doesnt work. Someone told me once but I need the answer asap and I will not see this person soon.

None of the given answers are complety correct. It should be:
" Dis-le moi en français, ma chérie (female) / mon chéri (male) / mon chou / ma puce".

You may use some less formal wording, since the other person seems to be a friend of yours:
1) this is very slangy, but it's nice and creates atmosphere:
"fais-moi de couscous en francais, mon chou"
2) "causes-moi en francais, mon lion"
3) "Dis-(le) moi en francais, mon be'be' "
4) " Parles-moi en francais, mon che'ri "
It all has to do with your voice tone. Must be whispery and in a way vanishing into his ear, like a windy whisper....!

"Dites-moi dedans français bébé" = sounds like (dite' moi dedans franswa bebe.)
