you should be able to buy all of those ingrediants in any grocery store. Unsweetened chocolate and cocoa powder will be in the isle with the cake mixes, flour etc. And heavy cream will be found in the dairy section. If the ingredients say to whip the cream make sure it is whipping cream. If not, then I think an 18% Milk Fat will do. I have even substituted light cream (5% Milk Fat) in some recipes with good results.

Any grocery store should be able to provide you with all of those ingredients/ however, the chocolate, you probably will need to melt and cool yourself! But the unsweetened chocolate comes in bars like "Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate" among others. The unsweetened cocoa powder is Hersheys baking cocoa--not the stuff you mix in milk for 'ready to drink' milk chocolate.
What wonderful creation are you making???? It sounds like some yummy possibilities! Have fun!

Any grocery store! Most items are in the baking aisle. The cream is with the milk which is next to the butter!

yes they are, heavy cream is whipping cream by the way. All these items will be sold at any major grocery store. Ask someone who works there to show you where they are so you don't have to search around.

You should be able to get all the ingredients in your local supermarket in the same area you get the flour, sugar and such. If you can't find them, don't hesitate to ask your local supermarket worker.
