Like campbell soup, Post cereal, nabisco cookies, etc. for full price. Or the Giant brand, safeway select, publix brand, etc. for a few cents lower

I have found that some of the Walmart brand (called Great Value) are just the same as the brand name. I buy a lot of the Walmart brand in diced tomatoes and some canned vegetables. I have also found that their potato chips are really good and so is their soda in the small cans that you can get 4 for $5.00. You just have to look around. A lot of store brands and name brands can be mixed together in a dish or casserole and it does not affect the taste at all.

It depends on the foods. Some just aren't as good in the store brand. I like to go with the name brand as long as the price difference is not insane. For a few cents I like to buy the better food.

For the soup its usually name brand , and I like Cheerios and
I like certain foods but sometimes I will go for a cheaper item
really depending on what the item is. I know that one store I go to
has better store brand quality in some of their items and are better than the more expensive brands.

I go by taste. Some grocery stores taste great, and I go with them, but in terms of other things, including frozen peas, the name brands just taste better. It all depends on what I am eating, making, hungry for, etc. If the name brand is on sale, all the better.

Gennerally I will just buy the store brand if its cheaper. I actully prefer Price Chopper brand pizza bagels better than Bagle bits. The only thing I am really picky about is mac and cheese...got to have Kraft if I but it in the box...and they have to be shapes.hahah

In general, I'll buy the generic/store brand.

Exceptions: Pop Tarts and Tater Tots don't taste as good from the store brands.

I usually buy both. There are some name brands that are much better that store brands, although I can't think of any right now.

Well, your doing a pretty good job, but Fancy Feast isnt the greatest food. Purina is a good choice though. But, i would start trying 9Lives. You can use both wet and dry food with the same ingreidients. Its a good choice. I have 2 VERY picky cats, and they love it!
