i could hear fine... but the picture is in only like blue and teal color with few greens and yellows... its like all smudged... do you know what encoding i have to download or something?? thanks

yeah that exact thing happened to me.. I just re-installed windows media player and then downloaded all the new codecs. try that and ull be gold

Well I never figured out what caused it, but removing it completely, and reinstalling fixed the problem. Be sure to get at least WMP 10.
