Women flash from their balconies laws in New Orleans has made this illegal to do now, when women do this the crowds stopped moving and the police had a hard time with crowd control i live down there when John larroquette float got caught in a gang fight, a pregnaut woman was shot John larroquettes body guards jumped off the float to help the woman.. Bourbon Street in the French Quarter can be fun but alot of times it can't be fun..
