So I got Vista today and i tried downloading Limewire. I'm not sure if its my Firewalls fault? Anyone got the same problem? Solution? Any other program?

Yeah, I can't even get Limewire or Frostwire WORKING on Vista, though I was able to download and install it, it locked up my internet connection (NO IDEA WHY) and the only way to get it back was to restart and then uninstall it. It doesn't work on Vista even if you can get it installed.

I got a new PC with Vista on it and i downloaded lime wire on my computer but it just sets there doing nothing in a file. The reason is lime wire don't have the drivers for Vista yet like 10,000 other company's don't. Yahoo messenger said they wont have a vista diver until June.

i actually downloaded limewire basic onto my friend's computer last week and it's working just fine...might be your firewall. check to see if your firewall is showing it as blocked.
