Consider using riccota cheese instead. It's similar to cottage cheese, comes fat free, tastes great but isn't creamed. It has the highest protein quality of all foods! In fact it's even better than an egg. Makes great lasagna and can be eaten as is. It's even better with fruit such as pineable or peaches. UMMMMM:)

Dairy products don't usually freeze well. The texture will be way bad when you thaw it out.
