Not simulataneously! Each of you can sign in at different times

If you're talking about opening an account, of course this is possible.(Think about internet cafes, for example. Loads of people sign up there:)
If you're talking about signing in on the MSN messenger software (as in be online) at the same time, which you probably mean, no. You can't both me signed on at the same time but I think it might be possible for one to be signed on to the normal msn software and one on "webmessenger" (http://webmessnger.msn.com). I'm not sure but I'd say it's worth a try
Hope that helped :)

yes you can. messenger accounts are based on your hotmail username and password. so, as long as you have your own hotmail account, you can have your own messenger. if it automatically signs your brother in, use the menu to chose "sign out" and then at the sign in screen (or if it automatically shows the sign-on in the beginning) just put in your own hotmail username and password, and you should be good!

Yes, you just have to get your own Hotmail account and log him off when you want to log in with your ID and password.
