Smoking it or snorting it would be a VERY bad idea. Not only could it cause you to have respiratory distress, it could kill you. Vicodin contains tylenol, which if smoked could scar your lungs or make them collapse, not to mention hydrocodone (the narcotic part of vicdoin) if snorted or smoked, could cause vomiting, respiratory distress, hypertension, and swelling of the throat. The only way to take vicodin is by mouth, don't try any other way. Hope this was off help!

Not that your gonna do it of course! But crush it up, place a bit of it on a piece of foil and heat it with a match. When it starts to smoke, use a straw to inhale the smoke. Or just get a good old fashioned crack pipe and have at it. Better hold on though!

most effective way would be to plug it, (put it up your butt). sounds gross, but it works. goes straight to your bloodstream. gets you ffucked up REALLY quickly, and it takes a lot less to get the desired effect. assuming you're taking it for reccreational use.
