In my opinion, our subconscious mind is like a spiritual template where the basis of creation/materialization is taking shape. It is the repository of previous and current lives' recorded memories, projected onward to where we are now. Consciously and unaware we are creating our own reality by pushing it into the realm of subconscious. The best and natural ways to get in touch with our subconscious is understanding dreams. Other methods include hypnosis and meditation. Guess what. I know a person who doesn't have a subconscious mind. Everything to him is conscious. He is so open and sensitive that environmental limiting conditioning won't work on him. He could actually see the past and future and do more.

Yeah....it's been around since 1950. It's called Dianetics.
The book that explains the technique is called "Dianetics the Modern Science of Mental Health' so far sold over 20 million copies and translated into more than 50 different languages.

Certain drugs do that very well, the police use them all the time to get people to remember license plate numbers and things. Look it up.

There's a belief that your subconscious mind controls your reality, if you 'program' your submind you can 'program' your reality.
