Muslims don't believe that Jesus is the first and the last only because we believe that God is the first and the last; Jesus was a human, a mere prophet, not God or a part of God or God's son. In the Quran, God tells us that He has not begotten, neither was/is He begotten, and that He is free of children/parents. Neither do we believe that God sacrificed Jesus for our sins because the Quran says that every individual is responsible for his/her own good/bad deeds, not anyone else. God forgives and washes for us our sins when we repent sincerely and humbly, and He does this without having to sacrifice anyone (His son or Himself) for us.
That's why we don't believe Jesus is God and hence the first/last.

I am Muslim and believe that in a sense Jesus is the Omega or end. When he returns as the Messiah he will be the omega in a sense that he is a prophet of God and his second coming will mark the end of prophets being sent to mankind

He says he is God's Son(John10:36) Jesus was called a blasphemer because he called himself the Son of God! It is God who is the Alpha and the Omega not Jesus Jesus had a beginning, God did not! Alpha is the Beginning and Omega the end.

probably because muslims count only the Gospels as the account of Jesus. The verse you're refering to is in the book of the Revelation that isn't accepted by many muslims.

Muslims accept no truth that existed before Muhammad unless it is in agreement with the Qu'ran. Muslims claim all of the prophets but only agree with the words of the Qu'ran. The more you learn or ask the more you will find all truth does not come from Allah as they will tell you...but all truth comes from Muhammad as the Qu'ran came for him and all prophets before him had their truth corrupted and no prophets are after him...This they hate to admit but can't deny all truth of Islam is based on one man if this man be a liar they are all prepared to follow him to the pits of hell...Allah is truly in submission to Muhammad...Oh they refuse to admit it but it can not be denied no truth in Islam that did not pass through him and they will say we have the words of the prophets...what they mean is they have the words of the prophets from the Qu'ran handed to them by You guessed it Muhammad...Allah is powerless to contradict Muhammad because what vehicle would he use? This makes their true God a sinful man...and they will argue against this with absolutely no evidence of any other truth but Muhammad's....It gets quite insane actually to try to understand this or explain to those who refuse to believe in Christ as God that they have made Muhammad superior to God...but the insanity Will continue to the end of the world I am sure.

I am not a muslim, but basically, the difference comes down to lineage - chistians consider the first child of the line to be the first child of the wife, muslims consider it the first child, though it was not his wife's. there is no specification beyond it being His first child, so it is up to interpretation.

It was Jehovah who said he is the Alpha and the Omega.
The beginning and the end.
Not Jesus. Jesus repeatedly told people he is not God almighty.

Well this throery doesn't make sense what so ever if you thik about it.
This believes contradicts it self.
For many, many reasons.
The bible also contradicts it self on many parts. it's not the word of go at certain parts.
Jesus' gospel is though. Never said he was god or warship him.

The Bible has been changed over time. It's credibility is nil.
Half of the New Testament was written by one man who never met Jesus.
