I have tried this diet and it worked for me. I lost 5kg in 2 months. First, I avoid eating food that contains or cooked with fats or oil. Second, I cut down my intake of sugar and salt by 90%. I ate a lot of fruit to supplement my need of sugar. As for salt, most food products already contain enough salt, so no extra salt is required to favor your food. The best part is I can still eat as much as I like within this guideline.

if you're that busy...then obviously you're exercising in some form.
It depends on what you're doing to effectively get rid of fat and converting it into lean muscle.
Before my mom passed, she was 240 at 5'3. Because she worked at a college, it required her to walk around all time. At the time of her death, she was 160, no joke. And she was never a person to exercise, no matter how much I begged her. (this was in the timeframe of 7-8 months).
Some simple forms of exercising like walking does wonders for the body, as well as drinking water, diet and even your mentality. Stress messes with your weight, too.
Also your lack of sleep isn't helping either.
You have some choices to make for your overall health.
You can do it, my mom did and she worked 4 people's jobs so being busy is no excuse.

You can use passive exercises like resistance: for example when you are standing you inhale and hold your tummy in for a count of 10 (increase to 50 over 5 weeks) to tone and tighten this same method can be applied to the bottom and other muscles - you won't get pumped but you will firm up and look slimmer with very little effort. Good Luck!

If you're living a busy life you may be getting enough activity anyhow. Take stairs instead of elevators, walk to brief errands rather than driving, even fidgeting, are all good ways to add activity. Dieting will get you slimmer, the trouble with dieting alone is, if you diet too much and are not active enough, your body thinks you're in a famine and your metabolism slows down and you don't lose as much weight as you should, but you feel lousy. Moderation in all things is good.

Talk to your doctor, you will learn that if you have less then seven hous of sleep a day you loose brain cells, and at three hours a day I'm pretty sure you are slowly killing yourself. About the weight, don't eat out, make your meals yourself so you can control what you are eatting, read nutrition information, stay away from high fats, go high fiber, cut down carbs but don't take them out of your diet altogether, switch to turkey bacon and sausages if you are a breakfast person, and if you are a starbucks junkie check out their nutrion information on their websight (it's really shocking). And last stay away from soda pop and juices, go with water, or tea.

Eat smaller portions and have 6 small meals a day. Only healthy snacks, fruit and veggies lots. If you always take the stairs instead of an elevator you will get plenty of exercise without using up time you don't have!

Eliminate soda, fruit juice and ice cream from your diet and start eating fresh fruits (apples, oranges, plums, strawberries, tangelos, etc.) and raw cuciferous veges (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower) as well as other raw veges including carrots, lettuce, raddishes, cucumbers, peppers, etc. etc. Some kinds of fresh veges taste better than in times past cause the bitterness has been eliminated by plant breeders. Since you don't have to prepare/cook raw veges it very easy, tasty & crunchy and low cost. So try it and you'll like it cause you'll lose weight.

Make your food portions smaller and eat 5 smaller meals a day. You will lose weight and you will not feel hungry.
Also, you can excercise while you work by tightening your ab muscles and releasing them through out the day. It works with other large muscles like your Gluts, thighs and chest (pecs). No one will be aware that you are excercising except you.

Ha ha ha ha!!! It's not nice to laugh at your question, I know, but not only will you need exercise, you need your beauty rest! Breakfast is a must because it gets your metabolism started for the day. Eat healthful foods, park the car farther from your destination to walk, and don't forget to dance to your music!
