You might try Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America (U.S. Headquarters) their website is at:

You might even look into becoming a Big Sister as part of the organization, and not just biologically. There are a lot of girls out there who really could use a Big Sister.

I bought mine on Ebay. There are usually sellers that will do a custom design for you, where you pick the design, color of the shirt, etc. I'm very pleased w/what I bought off of Ebay.

Go the the t-shirt store in the mall and they'll make one for you (they'll probably have a few different templates to choose from) and you can pick the size/color/style shirt you want.

Hospital gift shops always have those!! Otherwise, you could just make one with puffy paint.
