Get a job that allows for travel. If you pay your dues by working in a big multi national corporation and moving up the corporoate ladder, you may have the chance to apply for jobs within the company that let you travel on business. also some jobs allow you to accrue more vacation time as you work more years, gain tenure in the company and that will give you time to travel. maybe get education in skills that are 'portable', ie, you can take them and work anywhere with them ... IT industries, computer science, that sort of thing...... don't bum off your parents because you won't build up a future for yourself that way! one more thing, if you are interested in teaching, teachers get 2 months in the summer off... there's your travel time!

It depends on the career you choose. One thing that limits the typical American worker is the amount of leave that's allotted to them. Most workers get 2 weeks or less and if they have to use those days as sick days or tend to business the opportunities to travel are less and less. And some bosses frown on employees using their vacation time, stressing that "I hired you because I need you here working."
If traveling is important to you, look for a career that includes travel, or self-employment that's flexible so you can take breaks.

I think people with good careers do take holidays and travel regularly. You just can't stay in a youth hostel when you're 40 years old. There's a time for work, a time for rest, and time for adventure. Balance makes for a healthy, productive, and enriched life. Some of us love work as much as travel !

do you recognize who bill Bryson is? one in all his funniest books (for my section) is indexed under. you're able to test his books on your interior reach library or bookshop. Lot's of human beings are traveling as photographers, even if i think the modern age of journalism and reporting have replaced the who, what, the place, and why of it a good bit. My 2 cents on a good existence with an relaxing occupation: "Do what you like and the money will keep on with" is probably no longer precisely top for all and sundry, even however that's usually close. The annoying section is retaining your super objectives in sight on an identical time as you reside existence on a daily basis and residing on a daily basis to its fullest.
