As AKC defines it: Seal appears black except it has a red cast when viewed in the sun or bright light.

So I think that it would be hard to see pictures of them (I would think that it would look black in a pic). I have never seen a seal Boston at any of the dog shows that I have attended.

The only pictures that I have found have been what I would consider a liver or copper, not seal.

Boston Terrier Breed Standard
Non-Sporting Group

General Appearance

The Boston Terrier is a lively, highly intelligent, smooth coated, short-headed, compactly built, short-tailed, well balanced dog, brindle, seal or black in color and evenly marked with white. The head is in proportion to the size of the dog and the expression indicates a high degree of intelligence.
